Printable habit tracker
Define an observable action and what earns a mark. “Read one page,” for example, is clearer than “read more.” Put dates in columns and one action in each row.

Printable goal-setting worksheet
Write a recognizable outcome and a way to check it. “Organize this month’s documents into one folder” has an identifiable ending.
Choose your planning horizon
A daily page helps arrange concrete actions, a weekly page shows commitments, and a monthly page holds deadlines and key dates. Start with commitments that already have a time, then add tasks you can move.
Write recognizable actions
“Organize” is hard to mark complete; “file the papers on the desk” has a clear ending. Leave room for unexpected tasks and review unfinished items before copying them into the next day. Remove tasks that are no longer needed.
