How to fill in the sheet

A page with a few fields can keep the chosen task, first step and reminders visible. Write a small concrete action, such as “open the document and add the title,” and place new ideas in a separate area.

How to keep it useful

Use only the fields that help you and adjust the layout if maintaining it takes too much effort. This is a personal organization sheet; it does not assess symptoms or establish treatment.

Write recognizable actions

“Organize” is hard to mark complete; “file the papers on the desk” has a clear ending. Leave room for unexpected tasks and review unfinished items before copying them into the next day. Remove tasks that are no longer needed.
