After the activity
Design an ornament from two geometric shapes and explain how you would repeat its pattern in a garland. Connect Christmas vocabulary with decorations and scenes that participants can interpret in their own way.
Try a small palette
Choose three or four colors and test them together on scrap paper. Repeat a color in separate areas to connect them visually, or leave some spaces white. With markers, place a protective sheet underneath and check whether ink shows through.
