A perpetual calendar may list days and months without a fixed year or use adjustable parts. Check the format before filling it in. Dates such as May 10 recur, but their weekdays change.
Check February for the selected year
If the format includes every possible date, use February 29 only in leap years. Do not carry weekly appointments between years without repositioning them; “every Monday” does not always mean the same numbered dates.
Separate dates and notes
Put appointments beside their dates and use the notes area for undated items. Add a short key if you distinguish categories with colors. Check school, work and local dates with the relevant organization before adding them to the calendar.
