Not every month fits five rows
A month can require six rows depending on week start and the weekday of the 1st. Check that every date fits before adding appointments, and do not duplicate a date to fix a shifted sequence.
Separate dates and notes
Put appointments beside their dates and use the notes area for undated items. Add a short key if you distinguish categories with colors. Check school, work and local dates with the relevant organization before adding them to the calendar.
